The most efficient way to process
your clients orders are to have them log into the website
and place the orders themselves.
But there maybe a situation when a client wishes to
fax in a request or place an order over the phone.
From the top navigation mouse over "Search"
Then Click on "Orders".
When you get to the "Orders List" screen,
click on new.
This will bring up the "Order Edit" screen
Fill in the subjects information,
Enter your customers client code,
If you do not know the client code look it up using
the "Lookup" feature.
Then Press the "Save " Icon.
After the order is saved, click the "Searches"
Icon.
This will bring you to the "Searches" screen.
Click on the "New" Icon.
This will bring you to the " Edit Searches"
screen,
Select a Category > then a Search> then a State>
then a County.
Click the Save Icon.
The search is now entered, repeat steps for all required
searches for the subject.
