When the order is complete you
shoud receive an e-mail with a copy of the PDF report
attached to it.
If you do not wish to receive reports via e-mail, or
cannot receive e-mail attachment because of firewall
or spam settings. Your clients can pick up reports via
your website.
Step one - After
logging in your client will be confronted with three
options,
New Request, View Past Orders, and
View Invoices.

Step two - Your
client will Click on "View Past Orders"
Step three -
The "Order List" here your client will see
a chronological list of their applicants. Your client
will click on "view" icon to enter the "Order
Edit Screen".

Step four -
"Order Edit" Screen - from this screen your
client can see the status of the searches in their order.
When they click on the "veiw
Client Report" link it will pull up the pdf report.

- Click on the "View Client Report" , Generate
Report, Print, Save, or email report.
